Return and exchange policy

La demande d’échange doit être effectuée dans un délai de 3jours à partir de la date de réception du colis, toute demande d’échange au-delà de ce délai n’est possible.

Dans le cas d’échange pour taille ou modification de la commande par choix du client, l’échange est payant pour frais de retour du colis et ré-envoi d’un nouveau, les frais de retour sont compris entre 25 et 40 Dirham

Le retour se fait en échange d’un  produits de valeur supérieure ou égale aux produits à échanger. Aucun remboursement d’argent ne sera exiger.

- Returns or exchanges can be made if the product is in its original condition when purchased and packed in its original packaging.

- Replacement within four (3) days from the date of purchase.
